Seth Conley (Owner & Wood Floor Wizard) was truly fantastic. I can’t thank and or recommend him enough. He and his crew at West Michigan Wood Floors refinished our near 100 year old Dutch Colonial in SE GR (upstairs) — mostly red oak, maybe a little white. Not only was he highly skilled at his craft, but he was exceptionally patient as we went through sample after sample, eventually resting on a Bona custom he created. It’s beautiful. We absolutely love it. PLUS, he was the most affordable quote by far. These gorgeous floors should have never been carpeted in the first place, and from here on out, we won’t let anyone else touch them except Seth at West Michigan Wood Floors! We already have a quote for him to do the downstairs!
